Present Day

Our bakery is open from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day. All the baking is now done in-house. In addition to selling candy, chocolates, and gelato, we now also offer coffee, cakes, brownies, and cookies, all made in-house. Walk in and savor the perfect blend of tradition, quality, and our commitment to deliciousness developed over three decades in the West End. In the last couple of years, we have transformed the candy business into what we now call a micro-bakery. 

2019

A re-write was needed with the onset of the pandemic.  Accounts were opened with all the delivery apps(Uber Eats, Grubhub, and Doordash).  Initially, we thought gelato was the only deliverable product from the store item selection.  Sales took off!  And to meet the demand for dessert delivery, we explored more options, namely cake.  We purchased a couple of cake display cases and developed relationships with some bakers in town.  Dessert delivery kept our doors open throughout that year.

2015

The big move:  The store relocated to a bigger space just across Market Street. With the extra space, we were able to upgrade to gelato, café drinks and inside seating for customers.

1992

The sweet origin story began with an opportunity to open a candy shop in the West End, Dallas, Texas.  The store thrived for decades by offering bulk candy, chocolates, ice cream, and novelty candy items. In the hay days of the West End, the shop was a must-stop for Dallas tourists, partiers and families alike.
